Recently stayed here with husband and 3 teens for first time trip to Key West. Beautiful home, plenty of space. Beds were comfy, home was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again! Loved the pool and outdoor area. No complaints!

Perfect house. We had four people total and everyone got their own “space” having their own bedroom and bathroom. I didn’t realize the house itself is 2BR2BA and then the garage is converted into its own little apartment with a king bed, bathroom and small kitchenette area. It even has AC that worked nicely. The pool is amazing and we really enjoyed it. I love they have washer/dryer so we can pack less and just wash what we need. Three houses from Duval street this was a perfect and actually quiet place. I’d definitely stay again, we didn’t want to leave.

House is bigger than appears in pictures. Very comfortable. Awesome to have 3 1/2 bathrooms. Pool was awesome after a full day or first thing in the morning. Very well appointed.

We loved the Tropical Retreat property. It was very inviting and comfortable for 3 couple. It had everything we needed and the pool was a great way to relax after a long day. The house is decorated well and has a great coastal vibe. The location is the best. Close to everything but out of the more active bar crawl area. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms stocked well. Great communication and overview provided by the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

Tropical Retreat is spacious, charming, squeaky clean and in a great location. The property manager team provided all the info we needed in advance and were super responsive (shoutout to Shana). Close to everything, but still a nice quiet street.

One short-term note is that there is construction going on next door, so some days it was noisy by the pool during working hours. After 4 it was quiet as can be.

The property was fairly clean and well maintained, though someone had broken something glass in one of the rooms and my grandfather ended up with glass in his foot. The area is BEAUTIFUL and the house was in a great location. The only issue we had was a past guest showed up with a key they had forgotten to return a month before. It was unnerving to know people were walking around with keys to the doors. There are no latches, so if someone has a key they can 100% come into the home. We would overall rent from the company again and found the people managing the property to be exceptionally kind and responsive to any questions/needs!!!

Our family of 7 spent 3 amazing nights at this property. In the pictures, the rooms appear much smaller. In person this house is incredibly spacious. The front porch is extra wide for sitting and people watching. The pool area was quiet and tranquil. The poolside bedroom was cool and dark for a good night sleep. It is a big walk to Mallory Square but an easy walk to the Southern Most Point. 10/10 for this family.

Great stay for a quick getaway. Perfect for five women traveling together. Close enough to the craziness of Duval but honestly due to its location, you would never know you were half a block off Duval. House was well kept and beds were comfortable. Poll was great! Thanks for a fantastic stay.

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was so cute! We loved that it was only a block off duval and on the quieter side, so we didn't hear any of the loud music. It was awesome that there were 3 full bathrooms and a half bath which made it great for 8 girls getting ready. It was clean and the staff was responsive.
The only complaint from my group was from the girl that slept on the pull out couch in the living room. When the air turns on it does vibrate that bed/floor quite a bit in the living room.

I rarely write reviews but felt the need to share my experience with this property. My family and I(party of 4) rented the property in late December and found it to be one of the best vacations that we have had. This was primarily due to the location, heated pool and the extremely responsive property management company. The home was spotless and had all the amenities of home. If you ever consider this property, don't even question it - book it!

This property was very comfortable, clean, and so adorable! It is right around the corner from Duval street and close to everything! The cottage outside was so nice and private. The pool was very warm and a good size too! Every bedroom has a full bath as well. The property manager was so wonderful and welcoming. This was a great property for my sisters and i to gather and visit Key West. The house was roomy for the six of use. The front porch was a great gathering place and to people watch. Great little house with a bonus guest house. Great location between Duval and Simonton. Walking distance to CVS, scooter rentals and many restaurants. The pool was really nice to have and was very peaceful in the back area. The property manager was great with communication and instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

We had such an amazing weekend at this cute little cottage! We were celebrating a bachelorette party and this house was perfect for us! Nice and clean, well stocked, and slept all of us comfortably. The staff was very accommodating and clear with our instructions for check in & check out. The house was close enough that we could walk to most of the restaurants and bars that we wanted to see! The pool was a great size and so nice for the hot Florida weekend! All in all it really was a great weekend!!

The location was amazing-walking distance to almost everything. The place was very clean and very efficient. Very well stocked kitchen and linens. Bedding was very comfortable and cozy. The pool was absolutely necessary and a luxury with the hot temps in August! The only suggestions would be to put room darkening drapes in all bedrooms, more lamps in the cabana and invest in rooster deterrents(air gun) as the butterfly garden next door attracts the roosters and they are very loud and disturbing to the peaceful neighborhood.
Overall, we would love to come back to this space! Thank you Brian and Shana for your hospitality and quick responses!

This is a beautiful historic home that has been maintained in pristine condition. It gives you an authentic Key West experience without sacrificing luxury or comfort. The house is perfectly located on the “quieter” end of Duval on a beautiful block. Everything is a quick walk away but without being right in the heart of the craziness. Most importantly, Brian the property manager was AMAZING and went way above and beyond for us. He was a fantastic communicator during our stay, and very helpful. Then a week later, when we realized we’d left a whole drawer full of clothes behind, he personally retrieved the items and dropped them off to be shipped back to us. A total class act and a true professional!!!

We loved this house for our family vacation. I was worried that keeping the house at 72* would be too warm for us to comfortably sleep, but the fans made it quite chilly! Walking to distance to pretty much everything and lots of room for my family, parents in law, and my dad. The main house bathrooms are oddly shaped and it is an older home. But overall, we loved it!

My wife and I brought our 3 adult children (+ 1 significant other) to Tropical Retreat for 4 days as a Christmas getaway gift. Absolutely everything was perfect. House has so much Key West charm and character and the location is simply perfect. House was super clean, pool was great, and there were plenty of beach towels, linens, etc. No complaint’s whatsoever. We had a great time reconnecting with the kids and enjoying all things Key West. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip.

Recently stayed here with husband and 3 teens for first time trip to Key West. Beautiful home, plenty of space. Beds were comfy, home was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again! Loved the pool and outdoor area. No complaints!

Perfect house. We had four people total and everyone got their own “space” having their own bedroom and bathroom. I didn’t realize the house itself is 2BR2BA and then the garage is converted into its own little apartment with a king bed, bathroom and small kitchenette area. It even has AC that worked nicely. The pool is amazing and we really enjoyed it. I love they have washer/dryer so we can pack less and just wash what we need. Three houses from Duval street this was a perfect and actually quiet place. I’d definitely stay again, we didn’t want to leave.

Tropical Retreat is spacious, charming, squeaky clean and in a great location. The property manager team provided all the info we needed in advance and were super responsive (shoutout to Shana). Close to everything, but still a nice quiet street.

One short-term note is that there is construction going on next door, so some days it was noisy by the pool during working hours. After 4 it was quiet as can be.

We loved the Tropical Retreat property. It was very inviting and comfortable for 3 couple. It had everything we needed and the pool was a great way to relax after a long day. The house is decorated well and has a great coastal vibe. The location is the best. Close to everything but out of the more active bar crawl area. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms stocked well. Great communication and overview provided by the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was so cute! We loved that it was only a block off duval and on the quieter side, so we didn't hear any of the loud music. It was awesome that there were 3 full bathrooms and a half bath which made it great for 8 girls getting ready. It was clean and the staff was responsive.
The only complaint from my group was from the girl that slept on the pull out couch in the living room. When the air turns on it does vibrate that bed/floor quite a bit in the living room.

Our family of 7 spent 3 amazing nights at this property. In the pictures, the rooms appear much smaller. In person this house is incredibly spacious. The front porch is extra wide for sitting and people watching. The pool area was quiet and tranquil. The poolside bedroom was cool and dark for a good night sleep. It is a big walk to Mallory Square but an easy walk to the Southern Most Point. 10/10 for this family.

The property was fairly clean and well maintained, though someone had broken something glass in one of the rooms and my grandfather ended up with glass in his foot. The area is BEAUTIFUL and the house was in a great location. The only issue we had was a past guest showed up with a key they had forgotten to return a month before. It was unnerving to know people were walking around with keys to the doors. There are no latches, so if someone has a key they can 100% come into the home. We would overall rent from the company again and found the people managing the property to be exceptionally kind and responsive to any questions/needs!!!

Great stay for a quick getaway. Perfect for five women traveling together. Close enough to the craziness of Duval but honestly due to its location, you would never know you were half a block off Duval. House was well kept and beds were comfortable. Poll was great! Thanks for a fantastic stay.

We had such an amazing weekend at this cute little cottage! We were celebrating a bachelorette party and this house was perfect for us! Nice and clean, well stocked, and slept all of us comfortably. The staff was very accommodating and clear with our instructions for check in & check out. The house was close enough that we could walk to most of the restaurants and bars that we wanted to see! The pool was a great size and so nice for the hot Florida weekend! All in all it really was a great weekend!!

Rental process was smooth and the property was very nice. We did find though that it was lacking a few basic kitchen essentials that should have been stocked automatically, so that was a bit dissapointing.

The location was amazing-walking distance to almost everything. The place was very clean and very efficient. Very well stocked kitchen and linens. Bedding was very comfortable and cozy. The pool was absolutely necessary and a luxury with the hot temps in August! The only suggestions would be to put room darkening drapes in all bedrooms, more lamps in the cabana and invest in rooster deterrents(air gun) as the butterfly garden next door attracts the roosters and they are very loud and disturbing to the peaceful neighborhood.
Overall, we would love to come back to this space! Thank you Brian and Shana for your hospitality and quick responses!

This is a beautiful historic home that has been maintained in pristine condition. It gives you an authentic Key West experience without sacrificing luxury or comfort. The house is perfectly located on the “quieter” end of Duval on a beautiful block. Everything is a quick walk away but without being right in the heart of the craziness. Most importantly, Brian the property manager was AMAZING and went way above and beyond for us. He was a fantastic communicator during our stay, and very helpful. Then a week later, when we realized we’d left a whole drawer full of clothes behind, he personally retrieved the items and dropped them off to be shipped back to us. A total class act and a true professional!!!

One of the best rentals we have stayed at in the keys. Perfect for our family of eight. Accommodations were clean and well stocked and the communication was beyond perfect! Knowing our late arrival, they even left lights, fans, and TVs on so we weren’t in the dark! Can’t wait to book again!

Great little house with a bonus guest house. Great location between Duval and Simonton. Walking distance to CVS, scooter rentals and many restaurants. This was a great property for my sisters and i to gather and visit Key West. The house was roomy for the six of use. The front porch was a great gathering place and to people watch. This property was very comfortable, clean, and so adorable! It is right around the corner from Duval street and close to everything! The cottage outside was so nice and private. The pool was very warm and a good size too! Every bedroom has a full bath as well. The property manager was so wonderful and welcoming. My family and I(party of 4) rented the property in late December and found it to be one of the best vacations that we have had. This was primarily due to the location, heated pool and the extremely responsive property management company. The home was spotless and had all the amenities of home. If you ever consider this property, don't even question it - book it!

My wife and I brought our 3 adult children (+ 1 significant other) to Tropical Retreat for 4 days as a Christmas getaway gift. Absolutely everything was perfect. House has so much Key West charm and character and the location is simply perfect. House was super clean, pool was great, and there were plenty of beach towels, linens, etc. No complaint’s whatsoever. We had a great time reconnecting with the kids and enjoying all things Key West. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip.

We loved this house for our family vacation. I was worried that keeping the house at 72* would be too warm for us to comfortably sleep, but the fans made it quite chilly! Walking to distance to pretty much everything and lots of room for my family, parents in law, and my dad. The main house bathrooms are oddly shaped and it is an older home. But overall, we loved it!

Great location. Walked the dogs down to the beachfront every morning. Definitely a plus that it had its own designated parking spot off street. Exceptionally well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable bedding in the master. Lots of closet space in master. Beautiful modern bathrooms. Gorgeous pool area with incredible Royal Palms. Responsive property manager. Very helpful during prep for tropical storm first week of November. Lots of nice beach towels provided as well as beach chairs. Bicycles need a little maintenance. Consider replacing mattress in guest bedroom. An outstanding experience overall! Would definitely rent again.

This is our second time renting Sea La Vie. It’s close to Higg’s Beach, an easy walk to the south end of Duval, and easy to get to several great restaurants and bars. The Duval Loop is close if you’re not a walker. Be We’ve been pleased with how well-equipped the house is, from kitchen utensils and dishes and glassware to indoor and outdoor games. The house is perfect for 2 couples, and the 3rd floor is great for 3 kids.

THREE STORY GRANDEUR… Located in the Casa Marina District in Old Town.  This home is elegant, yet quite the tropical delight with rustic modern accents.  It is walking distance to the beach, Duval Street, and The Southernmost Point; the most sought-out place to take a picture next to in Florida! ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE FURNISHINGS… Walk inside and step onto beautiful white marble tile, open floor plan and high ceilings.  The backdrop of the great room is the heated, glistening pool amongst your own private tropical oasis!    SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS… Great for large families and friends, this home sleeps 8 guests comfortably.  The second floor includes two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms both have their own balcony; perfect for relaxing and soaking in that ocean air while you sip your morning coffee!  Go up the winding staircase to the third floor where three twin beds are located and half bath.  Also, the living room includes a sleeper sofa.  Flat screen TVs in every bedroom and living room.   DETAILS AND AMENITIES… Modern sophisticated decorations and accents couples beautifully with the marble tiled floor.  Immediately to the right is the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.  Straight ahead is the living room that offers plenty of seating, a TV and large French doors with a beautiful view of the pool and patio area.  There is a half bath on the first floor. The primary suite on the second floor has dual walk in closets and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a stand up shower, double sinks/vanities, and blue and white marble tile throughout. The guest bedroom opposite of the primary suite is also equipped with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This home is designated as a 3/3, though it is actually a 3/2/.5/.5 (half bath on the 3rd floor and half bath on the 1st floor).   OUTDOOR LIVING… Anyone who has been to Key West understands the importance of pools!  The highlight of this home is the outdoor living space that offers privacy, the large pool deck for entertaining and the security of having a completely fenced space. Included is a private, heated pool, beautiful lined with brick and tile. There are 3 loungers and at least two patio chairs for outside by the pool. PARKING AND BIKES... Parking is available for 1 vehicle. Also, 4 bikes are available. PETS... Pets up to 50 lbs are considered, but no cats as the owner is allergic. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments/Special Requests. MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS... For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH: Mid-stay clean Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable) Pet fee (if applicable) BOOKING DATES... This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception. CONCIERGE SERVICES... This is our second time renting Sea La Vie. It’s close to Higg’s Beach, an easy walk to the south end of Duval, and easy to get to several great restaurants and bars. The Duval Loop is close if you’re not a walker. Be We’ve been pleased with how well-equipped the house is, from kitchen utensils and dishes and glassware to indoor and outdoor games. The house is perfect for 2 couples, and the 3rd floor is great for 3 kids.

Great location. Walked the dogs down to the beachfront every morning. Definitely a plus that it had its own designated parking spot off street. Exceptionally well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable bedding in the master. Lots of closet space in master. Beautiful modern bathrooms. Gorgeous pool area with incredible Royal Palms. Responsive property manager. Very helpful during prep for tropical storm first week of November. Lots of nice beach towels provided as well as beach chairs. Bicycles need a little maintenance. Consider replacing mattress in guest bedroom. An outstanding experience overall! Would definitely rent again.

What a wonderful home to stay in. Plenty of room and loved the 3rd floor room for the kids! Location was fabulous- close to Duval and the beach. Home was so clean and had everything you could need. Managing agent was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely go back!

We had a great time. The house was comfortable, clean and had everything we could ask we were given great service. Paul was very attentive to our needs. On our leaving, we had not packed all our cloths and Paul went the extra mile and made sure we were able to get them.

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay here.
The house looked to be newly renovated and was spotlessly clean inside and out.
All the rooms were beautifully decorated and the walls had great local art hanging.
Having a place to sit and relax on the back deck or on the front porch was very nice. Fun saying “hello” to all the passing people from there.
The house has an excellent location which has it very convenient to everything on the island. You really don’t need a car here as everything is an easy walk away.

From its’ updated, modern design, excellent kitchen amenities, comfy beds, spacious rooms and large bathrooms, this apartment was a dream! It also has a smart TV, plush blankets, ample pillows and all of the towels you would ever want. We also enjoyed the lush courtyard, large clean pool and loved laying in the lounge chairs overlooking the water and a small beach. Outside of the location and the space itself, check-in was super easy (even at midnight!), the instructions were very clear and communicating with the property manager was easy and quick. We cannot wait to come back. Thanks again for the amazing stay!

Nice relaxing trip to a place we’d heard rumors about but never been. Besides an annoying parking situation, restaurants were very good, bars had lots of live music, and temps were surprisingly pleasant. Nice time.

This was a last minute getaway and our location did not disappoint. The place was clean, well stocked with supplies, and the view was beautiful. The pool and beach were both great. We went out snorkeling at the beach and there were so many great things to see. The complementary concur here was fantastic! She was very responsive (without the hour) and connecting us to great adventures. I highly suggest renting scooters for the day, it was a fun and easy way to get around. I would stay here again.

This is a great unit to rent - super spacious, clean and has all of the amenities you need. We liked the location - a little bit away from the crazy tourist locations but it’s not far to any place in Key West so all was easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again. The Property Manager and concierge were also very helpful. The property manager was super professional and a pleasure to interact with.

The property was very well-maintained and true to pictures. The unit was clean and had everything we could have needed for this weekend trip. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Key West! Close walkable access to Smathers Beach, which was much less crowded than anticipated and actually very quiet and peaceful. We did not rent a car, so did Uber to the main downtown area for restaurants, bars, excursions, etc as these were likely not walkable for most folks, but we did not mind this at all as it left the property very quiet and relaxing when serenity was desired.

Having never visited Key West before, we really were not sure about the best location for our stay. 1800 North Atlantic was so perfect. The 2 bedroom suite had all the amenities to easily stay for a month, while having access to the beach and great pool. The added bonus was we had plenty of room and could quickly get to the Old Town part of Key West in a couple of minutes. Loved it.

This very large rental could not have been better. The location is great with a beautiful view, the pool is huge and spotless, it is tastefully decorated and everything worked. The only issue we had was trying to check in after 6pm. There was no one at desk and security did not answer the intercom. Another guest was trying to enter at the same time. One of the residents let us in and everything was smooth after that. We probably won't return to Key West as we have many other places we want to visit but this rental will remain in our memories as one of the best.

A perfect place for a family catch up. The accommodation was accurately described, perfectly presented and check in was easy. We chose not to have a car, using ubers to go downtown, shop, visit restaurants and the Butterfly House, aquarium, Ernest Hemmingway house etc. We loved coming back to the large balcony and the peaceful pool at the condo. The concierge service was helpful with good restaurant recommendations and an initial grocery shop. There is a small grocery store nearby for top ups.
Only problem was access to our building was blocked by a building site which was inconvenient at times.

Overall experience fantastic! Kitchen was well stocked! Only complaint - no clocks in unit bedrooms. Hard to keep track of time - bu then again I guess we should be on island time. Pool was great - hot tub was hot! Very cumbersome to navigate thru property with 2 adults and 20 year old twins and only 2 sets of keys. Locks on all the thru doors - had to travel in pairs. Kinda cumbersome.

Excellent condo for two couples. Location is not central but very accessible to Key West with rental bikes. Pool/hot tub area is beautifully landscaped. Condo itself is very comfortable. Bring your own bath soap and shampoo. Check in was easy per directions from staff.

The condo was amazingly clean and nicely decorated. The beach area is very rocky, yet it is an easy walk on the streetside sidewalk to Smathers Beach. We went parasailing and scuba diving and loved every minute of it. Parking near the event areas can be difficult and expensive so Uber is a great option. We would definitely stay here again.

We felt the property was accurately described in the material provided on the Internet. The apartment was very spacious and comfortably furnished. We normally rent a two bedroom/two bathroom condo as having two bathrooms is more convenient for us. In this case, we didn’t need the second bathroom as the master bath had a dressing area with sink and another sink in the main toilet/shower area. The master bedroom and bath suite was very spacious with good dresser and closet space.
Our only real complaint was the lack of good maintenance in a complex built in the 1980’s. Some minor things in the apartment were not working and the appliances were dated. We would not let these items prevent us from renting this unit again because the location, overall amenities, and security were all top notch. A caution on the location—this is not convenient to the main downtown area and parking in that area is expensive. We knew that and chose this location away from all the “action” on purpose. There are very good beaches and parks nearby, which suited our purposes, but your interests may be different. Check out the local maps on-line to ensure you know where the condo is located.

In Good Spirits Condo

This condo was the best! We had such a nice time just hanging by the wonderful pool. We walked to the beach one day also. The beach is nice but preferred the pool because of the chairs and umbrellas. The beach has a daily charge. We met people there at the pool each day and everyone is very friendly.
The condo is a bit dated but we knew this going in. The price was very reasonable. I would suggest that maybe in the future they could get more firm beds.
The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked fresh fish every night. Everything was clean in and out. Even the grounds were beautifully maintained. We especially enjoyed sitting on the large balcony and enjoying our evening cocktails. We even had our own personal Iguana in the tree every day. We named him "Iggy".
The location of the property is a bit far from Duval street for walking, (we did walk it) but if you are not up to that you can rent bikes and ride or public transportation like Uber was always available for anywhere.

We took a sunset sail and snorkeling cruise and had dinner at the marina several times. Also we bought fresh fish from the fish house close to the marina on Eaton.

Hemmingway house is a must for tour. There are so many museums and places of interest you will never get bored.

I would definitely recommend this property! Shana the property manager was always available to answer any questions and was very professional.

Just what the doctor ordered! Quiet, relaxing, amazingly spectacular views. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The condo was very spacious with the best balcony of anywhere I've ever stayed. Condo was very spacious and very clean. The pool, hot tub and beach were gorgeous. The grounds were very well kept. I feel like it was a great location! Will definitely be back!

The property was perfect for our stay. The unit was clean, very nicely decorated and well-maintained. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and store the food we brought. The management was very friendly and responsive when there were questions. The property was very well-maintained and true to pictures. The unit was clean and had everything we could have needed for this weekend trip. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Key West! Close walkable access to Smathers Beach, which was much less crowded than anticipated and actually very quiet and peaceful. We did not rent a car, so did Uber to the main downtown area for restaurants, bars, excursions, etc as these were likely not walkable for most folks, but we did not mind this at all as it left the property very quiet and relaxing when serenity was desired.

This is a great unit to rent - super spacious, clean and has all of the amenities you need. We liked the location - a little bit away from the crazy tourist locations but it’s not far to any place in Key West so all was easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again. The Property Manager and concierge were also very helpful. The property manager was super professional and a pleasure to interact with.

Nice relaxing trip to a place we’d heard rumors about but never been. Besides an annoying parking situation, restaurants were very good, bars had lots of live music, and temps were surprisingly pleasant. Nice time.

This was a last minute getaway and our location did not disappoint. The place was clean, well stocked with supplies, and the view was beautiful. The pool and beach were both great. We went out snorkeling at the beach and there were so many great things to see. The complementary concur here was fantastic! She was very responsive (without the hour) and connecting us to great adventures. I highly suggest renting scooters for the day, it was a fun and easy way to get around. I would stay here again.

From its’ updated, modern design, excellent kitchen amenities, comfy beds, spacious rooms and large bathrooms, this apartment was a dream! It also has a smart TV, plush blankets, ample pillows and all of the towels you would ever want. We also enjoyed the lush courtyard, large clean pool and loved laying in the lounge chairs overlooking the water and a small beach. Outside of the location and the space itself, check-in was super easy (even at midnight!), the instructions were very clear and communicating with the property manager was easy and quick. We cannot wait to come back. Thanks again for the amazing stay!

The condo was amazingly clean and nicely decorated. The beach area is very rocky, yet it is an easy walk on the streetside sidewalk to Smathers Beach. We went parasailing and scuba diving and loved every minute of it. Parking near the event areas can be difficult and expensive so Uber is a great option. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo for two couples. Location is not central but very accessible to Key West with rental bikes. Pool/hot tub area is beautifully landscaped. Condo itself is very comfortable. Bring your own bath soap and shampoo. Check in was easy per directions from staff.

Overall experience fantastic! Kitchen was well stocked! Only complaint - no clocks in unit bedrooms. Hard to keep track of time - bu then again I guess we should be on island time. Pool was great - hot tub was hot! Very cumbersome to navigate thru property with 2 adults and 20 year old twins and only 2 sets of keys. Locks on all the thru doors - had to travel in pairs. Kinda cumbersome.

A perfect place for a family catch up. The accommodation was accurately described, perfectly presented and check in was easy. We chose not to have a car, using ubers to go downtown, shop, visit restaurants and the Butterfly House, aquarium, Ernest Hemmingway house etc. We loved coming back to the large balcony and the peaceful pool at the condo. The concierge service was helpful with good restaurant recommendations and an initial grocery shop. There is a small grocery store nearby for top ups.
Only problem was access to our building was blocked by a building site which was inconvenient at times.

Having never visited Key West before, we really were not sure about the best location for our stay. 1800 North Atlantic was so perfect. The 2 bedroom suite had all the amenities to easily stay for a month, while having access to the beach and great pool. The added bonus was we had plenty of room and could quickly get to the Old Town part of Key West in a couple of minutes. Loved it.

This condo was fabulous. It was spacious and had sliding glass doors in everyone to enjoy the balcony and the view. It was quiet and easy to get in and out of. This condo was the best! We had such a nice time just hanging by the wonderful pool. We walked to the beach one day also. The beach is nice but preferred the pool because of the chairs and umbrellas. The beach has a daily charge. We met people there at the pool each day and everyone is very friendly.
The condo is a bit dated but we knew this going in. The price was very reasonable. I would suggest that maybe in the future they could get more firm beds.
The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked fresh fish every night. Everything was clean in and out. Even the grounds were beautifully maintained. We especially enjoyed sitting on the large balcony and enjoying our evening cocktails. We even had our own personal Iguana in the tree every day. We named him "Iggy".
The location of the property is a bit far from Duval street for walking, (we did walk it) but if you are not up to that you can rent bikes and ride or public transportation like Uber was always available for anywhere.

We took a sunset sail and snorkeling cruise and had dinner at the marina several times. Also we bought fresh fish from the fish house close to the marina on Eaton.

Hemmingway house is a must for tour. There are so many museums and places of interest you will never get bored.

I would definitely recommend this property! Shana the property manager was always available to answer any questions and was very professional.

We felt the property was accurately described in the material provided on the Internet. The apartment was very spacious and comfortably furnished. We normally rent a two bedroom/two bathroom condo as having two bathrooms is more convenient for us. In this case, we didn’t need the second bathroom as the master bath had a dressing area with sink and another sink in the main toilet/shower area. The master bedroom and bath suite was very spacious with good dresser and closet space.
Our only real complaint was the lack of good maintenance in a complex built in the 1980’s. Some minor things in the apartment were not working and the appliances were dated. We would not let these items prevent us from renting this unit again because the location, overall amenities, and security were all top notch. A caution on the location—this is not convenient to the main downtown area and parking in that area is expensive. We knew that and chose this location away from all the “action” on purpose. There are very good beaches and parks nearby, which suited our purposes, but your interests may be different. Check out the local maps on-line to ensure you know where the condo is located.

We are aware of the jacuzzi bathtub in all of the condos at this community not being operational and we apologize for that. We do not advertise the home with this for this very reason. We are unaware of anything else that may have not been operational during your stay so please feel free to let us know. Additionally, we inspected the home thoroughly and were unable to find anything. We hope this did not impact your stay and hope you loved your time in Paradise. Everything you need for a great stay. Great on site facilities and view of the sea and beach from the large pool, Also a fitness room, a reading room and BBQ picnic areas in the garden. Very big and comfortable apartment with large balcony and great views. Would definitely book again.

We had a great experience during our stay. The condo itself exceeded our expectations. James in security was very helpful and offered great tips! The area was very close to the beach and we pretty much either walked or biked everywhere. We will definitely visit Key West again and hope to stay here again!

We had a blast here. The unit is much larger than we expected and it was very very clean! Beds were super comfy. Loved the location of the unit. Renting bikes was the perfect way to get around. We did have a car, too, so having the garage spot was nice! Brian responded to us quickly if we had questions and communication was great. Overall, we highly recommend this place.

Pristine clean. While there it was nice and cool with storms so we were able to open all the sliding glass doors and have a wonderful breeze through the condo. It was wonderful!

Blue Bird was a wonderful location just off Whitehead St. Close to Southernmost area, Bahama Village resturants and Duval Loop bus stop. Very clean and well equipt kitchen, nice backyard, friendly neighbors. Parking spot in front of house was invaluble. We hope to visit again.

What can I say about Blue Bird - Clear Skies Ahead other than it did not disappoint. It was cute - clean - convenient. It was perfect for my husband and I for the month. We worked remotely and it went super smooth technolgy wise. Great internet for work needs! The house was adorable and comfortable. Parking (as is the case in Key West) was challenging but we always managed! If I had to anything negative to say it would be the mattress in the bedroom seemed a little broken down and could use an update to something maybe a little more durable. The bar stools (since that is what you use to eat at the counter) would be more comfortable if they weren't backless. That is more a personal preference on our part though - the stools were just fine!
Our property manager was professional and courtesy and took care of our needs 100%.
This was our 6th year in Key West and can't think of a better place to spend our vacation time. We did a sail to the Dry Tortugas and it was spectacular. Highly recommend! And the mid rent cleaning that was provided was done during that time so we came back to a freshly clean house!
Looking forward to next year as we have already booked!!!!!!!

We recently finished our month stay at The Weekend House and have signed up again for 2026. Having visited Key West many times during spring break and experienced varied rentals, The Weekend House was by far the BEST rental we have experienced. Everything we needed (except food) was provided for us. The contact person from the management company was easily accessible to us and we even got to meet her during our mid-month cleaning. This is the 6th time we’ve rented from Best of Key West Rentals Co. and it just doesn’t get any better. The Amber Cottage was wonderful and very nicely equipped with everything you would need. Thankyou, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the property.
This is our second time renting with Truman and Company and 3rd April in Key West .
The location, parking and pool area were perfect.
The house had many special features including barn rolling doors on huge cupboards, beautiful floors, lots of windows and skylights for sunshine and many more.
The lush well maintained gardens were beautiful.

AN ISLAND STUNNER... This is the back cottage of the delightful Jewel Box Cottages compound, located in Old Town, just steps away from all the Duval Street happenings and the historic Seaport. This two-story gem offers 1714 sq. ft. of authentic island charm, with magnificent hickory hardwood floors throughout and whitewashed interior cypress wood interior walls. ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE DETAILS AND AMENITIES... Enter the home to a gorgeous and spacious contemporary kitchen which is a dream come true for culinary aficionados. This space is well-stocked with every modern appliance and cooking tool you'll need to concoct special meals for loved ones. This space flows into the plush living and dining areas where you can unwind with loved ones and watch your favorite shows on the wall-mounted TV. Sliding doors open to the backyard oasis and a bedroom with double-entry full bath completes the downstairs. A lovely balcony resides on the upstairs landing and overlooks the pool area. This home is equipped with Roku TV. This home has a mounted outdoor camera but is NOT in use during guest stays. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: There is a downstairs bedroom with an office space, queen Murphy bed and double-entry shower bathroom. This is the 6th time we’ve rented from Best of Key West Rentals Co. and it just doesn’t get any better. The Amber Cottage was wonderful and very nicely equipped with everything you would need. Near enough to Duval St to walk or ride bikes. Parking in KW is always an issue but there was parking at the Cottage and parking on the street.

Sometimes you get surprised, sometimes you get a big surprise, but rarely do you get blown away! When you enter the gate to walk to the back house of this property, you feel like you have entered a secluded paradise – that’s because it is! Astonishing landscaping that completely dampens any noise from the street – then you see the crystal-clear water from the in-ground pool with waterfall gently flowing.When you enter the house, your jaw will drop. Beautiful kitchen with new appliances and cabinetry that is second to none. Every room has a pleasant surprise – the bathrooms/showers are a breathtaking work of art. Dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer are quiet and easy to use. There is no detail in this house that hasn’t been thought through fully.The closets are amazing just to look at from the outside – with plenty of space to store all of your belongings. All the closets have lights, but as with any surprises, you’ll have to figure out where the light switches are – it will be worth the effort!The property managers were always available and attentive to any questions we had. It was only a short walk to Duval Street and the pier from the house – and only a 2-block walk to rent bicycles for the week.We had an amazing time staying at the Amber Cottage!! Key West is the perfect place to vacation but residing in the Amber Cottage on Margaret Street, is a vacation unto itself!

We enjoyed our stay in the Pearl Cottage. It is in a great location, a quiet neighborhood but close to the fun on Duval and at the harbour. The pool is excellent and we loved sitting on the front porch for our coffee. Our manager, Dan, was responsive to any questions or issues we had during our stay.

This is a very cute cottage, and website photos were accurate in that regard. I would caution potential renters of the following:
There is NO garbage disposal, and you must constantly remove and clean a small screen covering the kitchen sink drain. The kitchen sink is very old, very deep, and along with the painted wooden countertops....need replaced / updated. 2) The skylights in the bedrooms with no shades, make it impossible to darken those rooms during daylight hours...they do provide great lighting for the rooms though. The master shower is large, the other two bedroom showers are plastic insert type showers, and are very tight for an adult.

Pearl Cottage is a beautiful and comfortable home in an excellent location. We are a short walk from downtown, close to some excellent restaurants and on a quiet street.

The furniture and beds are comfortable and the pool is refreshing after our busy days. There is no indoor dining area and our manager has been helpful in dealing with a few minor issues.

I would highly recommend Pearl Cottage.
