This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. Perfect for my husband and I. Plenty of room to spread out. Having a kitchen saves money on having to eat out all the time so that’s a big plus for us. The 2 balconies are also a nice bonus. The place was very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. The area is right by Fort Zachary so it’s quiet but yet on,y a couple blocks from Duval where all the activities are. I would highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed.

This was in a great location - simple accommodations with excellent location. The only negative was not about this particular condo - just the overall complex - the pool is super small and basic for the number of condos in the Shipyard. We were here during a slow time of year and the pool was super crowded with no chairs available - says only 25 person capacity...the overall occupancy of the complex is in the hundreds at least. I recommend this property for the cleanliness and the location, not for the amenities of the overall complex.

Nice quiet condo just a few blocks off Duval and from the waterfront. Plenty of space for a couple or family with one child. Best of Key West Rentals was great in setting up excursions and tours.

We stayed in the Quarterdeck for a month. We had two issues when we arrived that Truman & Company responded to immediately; the plumbing issue was resolved in less than 24 hours while the cable box issue took 3 days but that was because we had to wait for an appointment with the cable company. We loved the location, however, the rental unit needs some updating. The living room sofa needs to be replaced. The mattresses in both bedrooms are beginning to sag in the middle. The bathroom lacks counterspace and storage; the faucet in the shower was the plumbing issue and had to be replaced. The kitchen was adequate. The vacuum didn't pick up the dirt on the floor. All in all we enjoyed our stay and Truman & Company was wonderful to work with.

My husband and I stayed in the Quarterdeck for 2 weeks beginning August 19th. We like this unit because it is an end unit and seems very quiet. Also, there is a secure place to park your car and the parking lot is gated. Just a couple of blocks away and you are walking distance to restaurants and things to do in Old Town. The condo has an excellent kitchen area and a very good washer/dryer. It is a second floor unit so only downside is if you can’t climb stairs. I would rent this unit again when coming back to Key West.

This was our first stay at a condo and we loved it. The location was perfect, not far from Duval and centrally located to almost everything on the island. Check in/out instructions were timely and easy to follow. The grounds and pool area are clean and well maintained. The pool was a little cool, but the bravest of us managed to get in it. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great location to explore Key West. Easy walk or bike ride to beaches, restaurants and attractions. We chose because on second floor, but that does mean steps. We knew we would enjoy covered deck areas and always feels more private on second level than ground level.

Would not recommend bringing kids. Association has many restrictions at pool and Key West beaches are small. Not a lot of activities in town for them. Shops, restaurants and bars cater to adult customers.

We chose this unit because of it’s location and it’s amenities. We were able to walk to most everything. Free, assigned parking is a huge perk in Key West! We spent most sunsets on the Truman waterfront. The farmer’s market was great! Loved the street corn and plants we bought. We enjoyed the peaceful mornings and evenings on the balcony.

Nice & clean beautiful place to stay. It was the perfect place on the island for everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend unless climbing a steep set of steps is hard for you as this is a second floor condo. The second floor has 2 balconies which is a plus. You can sit on the back balcony and watch the iguanas sunning.

My wife and I had a great vacation. The unit was ready early and everything was spotless and as expected. We have stayed at the Shipyard in the past because of the location and amenities. Everything is in easy walking distance.The manager was in constant communication through the app and we would highly recommend any future renters to add it to their devices.
Our only issue was that the shower faucet was difficult to operate and needs to be repaired.

Very much enjoyed our stay at the Quarterdeck. Location had a view of the water where we watched cruise ships come by periodically. Quick walk across to the park or even Fort Zachary Taylor. Only a couple blocks off of Duval. Don't miss Blue Heaven for breakfast or Blue Macaw for appetizers (lobster spinach dip was fantastic). Quarterdeck had all ammenities we needed and was clean and bright. Pool area was perfect where we met lots of great people each day. Brian with management kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed and was able to get us a later checkout so we didn't have to spend more time at the airport. We can't wait to return!

The Quarterdeck holds no surprises. The condo is exactly as pictured online. It was very clean, well kept and had everything you would need.The property is full of lush landscape and palm trees...very tranquil. We were able to watch the beautiful sunsets and float preparations for the Fantasy Fest parade from the back balcony. Brian, the property manager, was incredibly helpful. We had an awesome time at The Quarterdeck, the Truman Annex is full of lush landscape and palm trees and is very peaceful.We were able to watch the cruise ships come into dock as we sat on the rear balcony. We were close to everything. The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Management, Concierge team and Brian were all very helpful and willing to assist. We can't wait to return, we loved it.

The sunny deck overlooks the distance views of the ocean through the lush trees but can also be a shady retreat with the help of an awning.  This unit is accessed via one flight of stairs. ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE FURNISHINGS… The Quarterdeck’s open floor plan and ample seating provides the perfect space for your group to enjoy together. Curl up on the couch and watch a movie on the flat screen, gather around the dining table to play a game or cook together in the fully equipped kitchen! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS… Both guest rooms have a comfortable queen bed with extra drawers built into the bed frames for maximum storage space! Each room has a closet with lots of hanging space a flat screen TV, tile throughout and new paint for a fresh, clean feel.  DETAILS AND AMENITIES… Settled in the manicured, gated community of The Shipyard, this location offers guests a peaceful spot to relax just a block from all the action! You will be in walking distance from Fort Zachary’s gorgeous beach and picnic area, Duval Street, Mallory Square and more! The Shipyard also offers a beautiful community pool lined with lounge chairs perfect for soaking up the sun. Parking is always an issue in Old Town, but this condo comes with its own designated parking space (vehicle cannot exceed 18 ft.) This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. Perfect for my husband and I. Plenty of room to spread out. Having a kitchen saves money on having to eat out all the time so that’s a big plus for us. The 2 balconies are also a nice bonus. The place was very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. The area is right by Fort Zachary so it’s quiet but yet on,y a couple blocks from Duval where all the activities are. I would highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed.

This was in a great location - simple accommodations with excellent location. The only negative was not about this particular condo - just the overall complex - the pool is super small and basic for the number of condos in the Shipyard. We were here during a slow time of year and the pool was super crowded with no chairs available - says only 25 person capacity...the overall occupancy of the complex is in the hundreds at least. I recommend this property for the cleanliness and the location, not for the amenities of the overall complex.

We stayed in the Quarterdeck for a month. We had two issues when we arrived that Truman & Company responded to immediately; the plumbing issue was resolved in less than 24 hours while the cable box issue took 3 days but that was because we had to wait for an appointment with the cable company. We loved the location, however, the rental unit needs some updating. The living room sofa needs to be replaced. The mattresses in both bedrooms are beginning to sag in the middle. The bathroom lacks counterspace and storage; the faucet in the shower was the plumbing issue and had to be replaced. The kitchen was adequate. The vacuum didn't pick up the dirt on the floor. All in all we enjoyed our stay and Truman & Company was wonderful to work with.

My husband and I stayed in the Quarterdeck for 2 weeks beginning August 19th. We like this unit because it is an end unit and seems very quiet. Also, there is a secure place to park your car and the parking lot is gated. Just a couple of blocks away and you are walking distance to restaurants and things to do in Old Town. The condo has an excellent kitchen area and a very good washer/dryer. It is a second floor unit so only downside is if you can’t climb stairs. I would rent this unit again when coming back to Key West.

My wife and I had a great vacation. The unit was ready early and everything was spotless and as expected. We have stayed at the Shipyard in the past because of the location and amenities. Everything is in easy walking distance.The manager was in constant communication through the app and we would highly recommend any future renters to add it to their devices.
Our only issue was that the shower faucet was difficult to operate and needs to be repaired.

We chose this unit because of it’s location and it’s amenities. We were able to walk to most everything. Free, assigned parking is a huge perk in Key West! We spent most sunsets on the Truman waterfront. The farmer’s market was great! Loved the street corn and plants we bought. We enjoyed the peaceful mornings and evenings on the balcony.

Great location to explore Key West. Easy walk or bike ride to beaches, restaurants and attractions. We chose because on second floor, but that does mean steps. We knew we would enjoy covered deck areas and always feels more private on second level than ground level.

Would not recommend bringing kids. Association has many restrictions at pool and Key West beaches are small. Not a lot of activities in town for them. Shops, restaurants and bars cater to adult customers.

This was our first stay at a condo and we loved it. The location was perfect, not far from Duval and centrally located to almost everything on the island. Check in/out instructions were timely and easy to follow. The grounds and pool area are clean and well maintained. The pool was a little cool, but the bravest of us managed to get in it. The Quarterdeck holds no surprises. The condo is exactly as pictured online. It was very clean, well kept and had everything you would need.The property is full of lush landscape and palm trees...very tranquil. We had an awesome time at The Quarterdeck, the Truman Annex is full of lush landscape and palm trees and is very peaceful.We were able to watch the cruise ships come into dock as we sat on the rear balcony. Very much enjoyed our stay at the Quarterdeck. Location had a view of the water where we watched cruise ships come by periodically. Quick walk across to the park or even Fort Zachary Taylor. Only a couple blocks off of Duval. Don't miss Blue Heaven for breakfast or Blue Macaw for appetizers (lobster spinach dip was fantastic). Quarterdeck had all ammenities we needed and was clean and bright. Pool area was perfect where we met lots of great people each day. Brian with management kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed and was able to get us a later checkout so we didn't have to spend more time at the airport. We can't wait to return!

Our stay at this property was excellent! Everything was very clean and in good working order. I don't know about any of the TV's because we never turned any of them on. It is a very comfortable and inviting place to stay. I was very impressed with how nice and modern the kitchen is as well as the washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable. The pillows are not firm enough for my taste but pillows are pretty personal. The pool and the grounds were amazing - always very clean and neat. In a nutshell I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

We had a wonderful week in Key West. Quarterdeck was just what we needed, clean, secure, and in a quiet area. Brian the property manager was very attentive to our needs and concerns. Beds are firmer than we are accustomed to. There was construction outside, but we were not bothered as we were not there much during the day. We would stay here again if we return to Key West in the near future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Quarterdeck, thank you so much! The house is furnished beautiful and extremely well kept, it has all amenities that one needs and it is in an absolutely beautiful neighborhood. We loved it so much, we would have liked to stay there for good. On top of that, everything that you want to see is within walking distance, so you can leave the car in the parking lot. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. All in all, we had a lovely time and immediately felt at home. There is no way the property could improve. It was excellent! Don't change anything! Regarding activities we enjoyed very much just walking aroung old Key West, where every single house is so beautiful. We also took a tour on the conch train, which was very informative, visited the Audubon and Hemmingway houses, the shipwreck and butterfly museum. We loved to dine at Caroline's and the Hard Rock Caf. We also took a boat tour to the dolphins and snokeled the reef. I would recommend this vacation and especially this property to all my friends!

This was my 3rd.time staying here. As always the place was great, the location is wonderful and I would recommend it to everyone. This time I want to go over the staff, Kim, Melanie and especially Whitney were fantastic.The wi-fi started to act up on a Friday. I let them know thinking it would be Monday before anyone would be out. They came right out and had it fixed in an hour. I was completely blown away. Then the weather started messing with my schedule with cancelled flights. They worked with the owners and were able to accommodate my changing schedule. I was really impressed. I thank all of you for everything.

I’ve been coming down to Key West for the past twenty years and have rented many houses over this time. Over the years, we have stayed in the Seaport area since this feels more like a way of life and not just a few days of vacation. This particular rental location was fabulous! A one-bedroom big enough for 2-3 people with all the necessary amenities. We used the gas BBQ and shared pool many times during our stay. Upon our arrival, everything was clean and easy to access all areas. Since we rented for one month, the scheduled mid-cleanup gave us more time to use the pool.
These units are individually owned so some owners are always around if you need information about the area and what is available to you as “A Local”. People are always friendly in Key West. This goes without saying, the staff at Best of Key West Rentals is wonderful. They are all very professional, helpful and understanding. During our stay, the A/C stopped working on a Sunday evening. We called our management staff and they had someone there within an hour, who was also able to fix our problem. Staff informed us every step of the way about what to do upon arrival and departure.
We would definitely recommend this property and any other properties which are managed by Best of Key West Rentals.

Super cute, cozy place, close to everything. Location was the biggest bonus during our stay. The place is small, ideal for 2 to 3 people, and is very simple. This was my 3rd.time staying here. As always the place was great, the location is wonderful and I would recommend it to everyone. This time I want to go over the staff, Kim, Melanie and especially Whitney were fantastic.The wi-fi started to act up on a Friday. I let them know thinking it would be Monday before anyone would be out. They came right out and had it fixed in an hour. I was completely blown away. Then the weather started messing with my schedule with cancelled flights. They worked with the owners and were able to accommodate my changing schedule. I was really impressed. I thank all of you for everything.

I was back to this place for the second time, and it was wonderful like before. the location is great close enough to get where you want on foot but far enough away to be quiet. We were blown away by this little gem. Perfect location. Easy walk and bike to anywhere on the island. We did have a car and had NO problem finding street parking although you really don't need a car. Rental contact is spot on and quick to respond. Nicest people you will ever meet.

Super cute, cozy place, close to everything. Location was the biggest bonus during our stay. The place is small, ideal for 2 to 3 people, and is very simple. The pool is a nice extra feature, well maintained and clean. There is a grill on the side for cooking and eating outside. The owners were very responsive, and the manager of the place was most helpful with anything we needed. Made a big difference. Overall a pleasant stay.

I’ve been coming down to Key West for the past twenty years and have rented many houses over this time. Over the years, we have stayed in the Seaport area since this feels more like a way of life and not just a few days of vacation. This particular rental location was fabulous! A one-bedroom big enough for 2-3 people with all the necessary amenities. We used the gas BBQ and shared pool many times during our stay. Upon our arrival, everything was clean and easy to access all areas. Since we rented for one month, the scheduled mid-cleanup gave us more time to use the pool.
These units are individually owned so some owners are always around if you need information about the area and what is available to you as “A Local”. People are always friendly in Key West. This goes without saying, the staff at Best of Key West Rentals is wonderful. They are all very professional, helpful and understanding. During our stay, the A/C stopped working on a Sunday evening. We called our management staff and they had someone there within an hour, who was also able to fix our problem. Staff informed us every step of the way about what to do upon arrival and departure.
We would definitely recommend this property and any other properties which are managed by Best of Key West Rentals.

Great little house, and grounds. The location is great, and is easy to get anywhere on the island you need to. We had one issue with the A/C during our stay, but Brian the property manager had it taken care of within 2 hours. We had an excellent stay, and would return again.

This unit was very nice to stay in. Room for 5 or 6 to eat, relax, sleep, and soak in the Key West experience. Having a place for a boat and a pool to use make it extra special. The road is a dead end road, so it’s quiet, but close enough to bike, drive, or Uber to the busier parts of Key West. It is on the third floor, so pack light or in smaller suitcases to make it easier to get to the unit. Neighbors and other guests were all very friendly. We would stay here again. I wish the unit had a couple of bikes to use, but you can bring your own or rent from a local shop.

We stayed at 30 Hilton Haven for the month of March and it was amazing. The views were spectacular and it was close enough to get to downtown quickly but far enough away from all the hustle and chatter. Truman and Co. We're great and we're there every step of the way with answers to any question we had. I would definitely stay here again and would certainly use Truman & Co. For my next rental.

This unit was very nice to stay in. Room for 5 or 6 to eat, relax, sleep, and soak in the Key West experience. Having a place for a boat and a pool to use make it extra special. The road is a dead end road, so it’s quiet, but close enough to bike, drive, or Uber to the busier parts of Key West. It is on the third floor, so pack light or in smaller suitcases to make it easier to get to the unit. Neighbors and other guests were all very friendly. We would stay here again. I wish the unit had a couple of bikes to use, but you can bring your own or rent from a local shop.

We stayed at 30 Hilton Haven for the month of March and it was amazing. The views were spectacular and it was close enough to get to downtown quickly but far enough away from all the hustle and chatter. Truman and Co. We're great and we're there every step of the way with answers to any question we had. I would definitely stay here again and would certainly use Truman & Co. For my next rental.

Vaulted ceiling throughout, porch, and double sliding glass doors to back deck really expand the living space. We walked or biked to everything in Old Town. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Rental team was excellent. Will stay here again!

I had the privilege of staying at his place for the span of two months. It really felt like home. The kitchen and home in general is fully stocked with everything you may need and the backyard/porch is decked out with outdoor furniture and a grill which I regret that I didn’t use more! The home is very fresh, clean, light and well decorated. While the bedroom was on the smaller side, the large shower and bright living and kitchen space really made the home feel larger. It’s absolute perfect for two people to enjoy key west but also feel secluded on a tucked away little lane. I biked to work every day, the location was amazing.The owners as well as management team were so helpful and there for anything you need. I hope to stay again soon in the future!

We had a great time. Nice place. A few issues need to be addressed. The towels and wash rags supplied were old, hard and discolored. New, softer ones would be nice. The safe in the closet didn't work. In the master bedroom, the AC vents or something in the ducts rattled and we didn't sleep well. In the downstairs half bathroom, the cold water didn't work and the toilet handle is not working. Since you asked, for what we paid I think the place could use a "freshening up".

Island Oasis was the perfect spot for my husband and I to stay with my best friend and her husband! We stayed there for my 50th birthday weekend and were very comfortable. Both bedrooms had comfy king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the outdoor area with private pool! It was so nice to come in from a day of walking around and be able to take a dip in the pool. The location is great, within walking distance to a lot of places but far enough away from Duval to escape the noise. Our concierge team was so attentive and helped us make reservations and made recommendations. I would definitely stay again!

Close to everything. It was nice to walk to the end of the street to get Cuban coffee every morning. Walk a few more blocks you're on Duval and a bit further to the Southernmost Point.

A few things could be upgraded in the home itself. Primary bedroom bed was very worn and squeaked every time you move. The guest bedroom beds are on wheels and roll across the floor. I read a review from a long time ago with the same issue. Thought it would have been addressed but was not.
The shower heads in both bathrooms could be better. Both are the rain style which are hard to rinse soap off with low water pressure.
Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes etc. The cooking utensils were poor quality. Plastic breaking off in food as we were cooking.
We used washer and dryer mid-week. Took us 2 hours to dry 6 towels. It was very old. Needs to be changed out.

Otherwise, the house was clean and in a great location.

We had a great stay at island oasis. The house was clean, well laid out, pool space was great, and stocked of all the basics. The location is great off the main roads but very walkable, we walked a lot! The management company was very helpful, was involved as much or as little as you’d like. We booked a fishing trip and had other communications with the staff and they were very nice to deal it every time. The only down side to the property I won’t want to stay any more than 4 people. There isn’t any separate space besides the living room/dining room (one room) inside. If you needed to work or needed any privacy it’s just the bedrooms. Fantastic stay for the four of us was very happy with it!

We had a lovely time. House in great location. The house could use some upgrades. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Amelia Street is not pretty but it’s a wide street, not a lot of car traffic, and the parking lot is convenient if needed and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The pool was clean and a wonderful amenity to have, as well as the garden.

Island Oasis was everything we thought it would be. The Truman and Co Team was very helpful and took care of all of our needs. This was our second time to stay within this complex. The home is in a great location, the pool was a great place to end the day exploring Key West. We would give it a 5 out of 5. Looking forward to our next trip.

This little gem is a couple blocks from some of the best food in KW! Breakfast and the Conch and the Cuban...dinner at any number of places within short waling distance (el Siboney!). Bike rentals-3 small blocks away. Drugstore with everything you forgot only 2 blocks away. Yet this place is tucked off the main roads to stay quiet and secluded. Pool was perfect for relaxing after biking all day. Bed was comfortable, showers nice and clean. Everything was as perfect as it could be. And the rental company was always quick to answer any question or concern! The PERFECT sport for a island vacation!

Loved this place. Location is close to Duval. but quiet. Plenty of street parking in addition to the one dedicated spot. House was spotless clean. Nice furniture. Pool is a big plus. Service from the agent was tops. The blender broke while preparing dinner at 7, and they brought over another in less than 10 minutes.

We had a great experience at our rental. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of. He was able to accommodate an early check-in, and offered to convert the twin bedroom into a king size bed.

The backyard and pool area was really nice and the property is tucked away but conveniently located to so many great spots.

We greatly enjoyed a short getaway to Key West when it was cold at home. This property was easy to access from Truman with our car and close to Zachary Taylor Park and Beach. We walked to Duvall and got great exercise and food and drink but far enough away to avoid large crowds. It was perfect for my wife and two adult children to experience Mallory Square and Bahia Honda and see fun sea creatures!

We had a great time. Nice place. A few issues need to be addressed. The towels and wash rags supplied were old, hard and discolored. New, softer ones would be nice. The safe in the closet didn't work. In the master bedroom, the AC vents or something in the ducts rattled and we didn't sleep well. In the downstairs half bathroom, the cold water didn't work and the toilet handle is not working. Since you asked, for what we paid I think the place could use a "freshening up".

Close to everything. It was nice to walk to the end of the street to get Cuban coffee every morning. Walk a few more blocks you're on Duval and a bit further to the Southernmost Point.

A few things could be upgraded in the home itself. Primary bedroom bed was very worn and squeaked every time you move. The guest bedroom beds are on wheels and roll across the floor. I read a review from a long time ago with the same issue. Thought it would have been addressed but was not.
The shower heads in both bathrooms could be better. Both are the rain style which are hard to rinse soap off with low water pressure.
Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes etc. The cooking utensils were poor quality. Plastic breaking off in food as we were cooking.
We used washer and dryer mid-week. Took us 2 hours to dry 6 towels. It was very old. Needs to be changed out.

Otherwise, the house was clean and in a great location.

Island Oasis was the perfect spot for my husband and I to stay with my best friend and her husband! We stayed there for my 50th birthday weekend and were very comfortable. Both bedrooms had comfy king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the outdoor area with private pool! It was so nice to come in from a day of walking around and be able to take a dip in the pool. The location is great, within walking distance to a lot of places but far enough away from Duval to escape the noise. Our concierge team was so attentive and helped us make reservations and made recommendations. I would definitely stay again!

We greatly enjoyed a short getaway to Key West when it was cold at home. This property was easy to access from Truman with our car and close to Zachary Taylor Park and Beach. We walked to Duvall and got great exercise and food and drink but far enough away to avoid large crowds. It was perfect for my wife and two adult children to experience Mallory Square and Bahia Honda and see fun sea creatures!

We had a great experience at our rental. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of. He was able to accommodate an early check-in, and offered to convert the twin bedroom into a king size bed.

The backyard and pool area was really nice and the property is tucked away but conveniently located to so many great spots.

Loved this place. Location is close to Duval. but quiet. Plenty of street parking in addition to the one dedicated spot. House was spotless clean. Nice furniture. Pool is a big plus. Service from the agent was tops. The blender broke while preparing dinner at 7, and they brought over another in less than 10 minutes.

This little gem is a couple blocks from some of the best food in KW! Breakfast and the Conch and the Cuban...dinner at any number of places within short waling distance (el Siboney!). Bike rentals-3 small blocks away. Drugstore with everything you forgot only 2 blocks away. Yet this place is tucked off the main roads to stay quiet and secluded. Pool was perfect for relaxing after biking all day. Bed was comfortable, showers nice and clean. Everything was as perfect as it could be. And the rental company was always quick to answer any question or concern! The PERFECT sport for a island vacation!

We had a lovely time. House in great location. The house could use some upgrades. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Amelia Street is not pretty but it’s a wide street, not a lot of car traffic, and the parking lot is convenient if needed and there are lots of restaurants nearby. We had a great stay at island oasis. The house was clean, well laid out, pool space was great, and stocked of all the basics. The location is great off the main roads but very walkable, we walked a lot! The management company was very helpful, was involved as much or as little as you’d like. We booked a fishing trip and had other communications with the staff and they were very nice to deal it every time. The only down side to the property I won’t want to stay any more than 4 people. There isn’t any separate space besides the living room/dining room (one room) inside. If you needed to work or needed any privacy it’s just the bedrooms. Fantastic stay for the four of us was very happy with it!

We rented in Truman Annex many times but this is our first time here. It is clean, ,well maintained and updated nicely. The bathroom and kitchen are renovated and look great. The location in the Shipyard is perfect. A quiet spot, not far from the pool, and overlooking Truman Park and the waterfront.
We would stay again but i would recommend the owner install a full size mirror somewhere in the condo. Perhaps on the thermostat wall to enlarge the space. There is only one mirror in the unit and that is in the bath. It was just my wife and I staying, but it would have been difficult if we stayed with another couple.
There are 2 bedrooms and we used the bedroom with the king size bed. It needs to be replaced and in our opinion is too big for the room. The TV on the wall and the king bed makes it tight in that room. There are 3 large TVs in the unit and we did not use any. For us, no time for TV as there is so much to do in Key West. For downtime, you can relax on the 2 balconies and even the front porch.
Overall, one of the nicest condos we rented in over 15 years going to Key West.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Smooth Sailing - Steps to Everything condo! It looked exactly like the photos, was clean and comfortable. Very walkable to most locations - except for the high humidity in July. Close enough to the action, but still quiet. The pool is close by and feels great after a hot day out. Management responded quickly to a couple of requests we texted about. Would definitely recommend this charming place.

Excellent communication from Brian at Best Rentals in Key West. Updated townhouse was beautiful, clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet every night. Great overall experience! AC problem on day 1 but property manager arranged for tech service and full repair within an hour of my text message. Bravo!!

Three ladies from MA vacationed here for a week.
The Shipyard area of Truman Annex is clean, quiet and charming.
Our unit was nicely decorated and we used many of the generously equipped features.
We thought there was no ice maker. The property manager sent Brian to help us turn it on and find the coffee maker we needed to get our mornings started! Brian was very friendly and offered to solve any other problems.
There are lovely porches at each end of the unit where we could gather, we were able to eat meals inside or out in the fresh air, and enough space each of us could have some privacy if wanted.
The location put us near Mallory Square, the Bahama Village, and an array of enjoyable restaurants. The Truman Waterfront Park is a wonderful new area to enjoy.
One of us took advantage of the community pool. I relished the quiet and feeling we were secure. Yes, five stars is deserved.

I have stayed at the Turman Annex several times and this place was great. Very clean and everything works. Only down fall but not a big deal if not cooking no dishwasher.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Smooth Sailing - Steps to Everything condo! It looked exactly like the photos, was clean and comfortable. Very walkable to most locations - except for the high humidity in July. Close enough to the action, but still quiet. The pool is close by and feels great after a hot day out. Management responded quickly to a couple of requests we texted about. Would definitely recommend this charming place.

We rented in Truman Annex many times but this is our first time here. It is clean, ,well maintained and updated nicely. The bathroom and kitchen are renovated and look great. The location in the Shipyard is perfect. A quiet spot, not far from the pool, and overlooking Truman Park and the waterfront.
We would stay again but i would recommend the owner install a full size mirror somewhere in the condo. Perhaps on the thermostat wall to enlarge the space. There is only one mirror in the unit and that is in the bath. It was just my wife and I staying, but it would have been difficult if we stayed with another couple.
There are 2 bedrooms and we used the bedroom with the king size bed. It needs to be replaced and in our opinion is too big for the room. The TV on the wall and the king bed makes it tight in that room. There are 3 large TVs in the unit and we did not use any. For us, no time for TV as there is so much to do in Key West. For downtime, you can relax on the 2 balconies and even the front porch.
Overall, one of the nicest condos we rented in over 15 years going to Key West.

Excellent communication from Brian at Best Rentals in Key West. Updated townhouse was beautiful, clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet every night. Great overall experience! AC problem on day 1 but property manager arranged for tech service and full repair within an hour of my text message. Bravo!!

Three ladies from MA vacationed here for a week.
The Shipyard area of Truman Annex is clean, quiet and charming.
Our unit was nicely decorated and we used many of the generously equipped features.
We thought there was no ice maker. The property manager sent Brian to help us turn it on and find the coffee maker we needed to get our mornings started! Brian was very friendly and offered to solve any other problems.
There are lovely porches at each end of the unit where we could gather, we were able to eat meals inside or out in the fresh air, and enough space each of us could have some privacy if wanted.
The location put us near Mallory Square, the Bahama Village, and an array of enjoyable restaurants. The Truman Waterfront Park is a wonderful new area to enjoy.
One of us took advantage of the community pool. I relished the quiet and feeling we were secure. Yes, five stars is deserved.

I have stayed at the Turman Annex several times and this place was great. Very clean and everything works. Only down fall but not a big deal if not cooking no dishwasher.

The house is very centrally located and an easy walk or bike ride to anywhere in Key West. Nice newer model bikes were included in the rental which made it even easier. The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. There is an outside bar area with a TV and a beautiful heated pool.

This was our second time at Ebb and Flo and we had another great stay. The house is perfect to have the family together and the location is quiet but within walking distance to Duval. Shana was great to communicate with and made everything incredibly easy for us! (And the four bikes were super convenient to have!)

Ebb and Flo is a great house! The location is great, easy to walk to restaurants, stores, groceries, coffee, the beach. The location could not be better. We did have a plumbing issue, but the property company handled it very quickly and very well, there was a plumber there quickly and he was, also great. The outdoor space is excellent, the pool is very nice, the bar and dining area are very useful. The rooms and bathrooms are all very nice, and the kitchen is very well outfitted. We were able to cook there with no issues. all in all a great house.

We honestly didn't spend much awake time in this house, which is a shame because the kitchen is spectacular. It was hard to be inside when the yard at this house is just a dream. The bar and table area has a fridge and ice maker- never needed to go inside! This house is very well appointed, close to Higgs beach, walking distance to everything, and has plenty of room for friends and family.

Ebb & Flo is a very nice vacation rental and is located in an area in walking distance to many restaurants, etc. Unfortunately, the landscaper doesn’t come as often as noted on the sheet for guests in the rental. When he does come, he does a good job. The pool maintenance company does a great job! It would be nice if the bedrooms had access to Direct TV like is available in the family room and outside in the pool area.

Ebb & Flo was just about perfect! Perfect space, location, privacy, and the outdoor space is incomparable to anywhere I’ve stayed. Our 3 adult children filtered in and out over the month with their significant others and all were impressed with the accommodations. The property management company, Shana in particular, was top notch! Shana responded immediately to any questions we had and was a wonderful comforting resource. We loved the location as it’s quiet and a bit removed from Duval street but it’s a quick walk anywhere. We did end up renting a golf cart which was so much fun. My husband biked to Higgs Beach every day for pickle ball. It too was close by. The house was very clean and we loved every minute of our 28 day stay.

An outdoor TV, ice maker and refrigerator complete the outdoor wet bar. Grill up your fresh catch of the day and catch some rays on the spacious pool deck in the privacy of your fenced in backyard. The saltwater pool comes heated in the winter months and has the option of being chilled during the months of June-August at an additional charge if requested. Rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading out on the town. PARKING AND BIKES... Two off-street parking spaces make parking your vehicle a breeze, and 4 bikes are also provided. PETS... A fully equipped kitchen lies nearby equipped with stainless steel appliances for meal prep which can be enjoyed at the indoor dining table for 4. Perch the doors open creating a lovely indoor/outdoor space with a sweet island breeze.  SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS… The first guest room comes with a comfortable queen bed, flat screen TV and closet space for your belongings. The second guest room can be entered off the kitchen through double barn doors and includes a trundle bed, armoire storage and French doors leading out to the garden for your morning cup of coffee. Both guest rooms share a jack and jill full bathroom equipped with a walk in shower and newly refinished antique soaking tub. OUTDOOR LIVING… Find your serenity within the lush outdoor space as you calm your island soul in peaceful surroundings. Enjoy a dip pool which comes heated in the winter months followed by an evening under the stars in the rocking chairs or hammock. Grill out on the BBQ and dining al fresco with seating for 4 as you map out your next day's adventures. Peacefully located, this home allows for the best kind of R & R with only a short ride into town or the sandy beaches of Key West. BOOKING DATES... This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last).  We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception. PETS... This is not a pet-friendly home. MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS... For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH: Mid-stay clean Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable) Pet fee (if applicable) PARKING... This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.  Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates. CONCIERGE SERVICES... Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival! CANCELLATION... Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).
