When you don't need the entire compound but still want to enjoy this magnificent property in the heart of Old Town Key West.... rent "Stripes", the second and third floor condo with tree top views and beautiful balconies!
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE
INSIDE AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The unique layout of this property allows your group to be together under one roof but have separate levels offering privacy and your own space!
The second level offers a living room, dining for eight where one four top table is located inside and the other four top table is outside on the back balcony. There is a full gourmet kitchen and a large bathroom with walk-in shower.
The second level bedrooms include a room with a full size bed, another room with two twin beds, and a bunk room with a trundle that's perfect for a kids room! The bunk room top mattress is a twin, the bottom mattress is a full, and the trundle is a twin mattress. All rooms offer storage for clothing and a flat screen TV.
The third level is equipped with a small living room with flat screen TV, full kitchen, full bath with shower/ tub combo and a bedroom. The bedroom offers one queen bed that can sleep 1-2 adults and a twin bed for an additional guest. It has dressers for storage and a flat screen TV.
Should you want only one adult per double bed there is a sleeper sofa on each floor but we do not allow more than 10 guests in the condo at one time as there are only two baths.
OUTDOOR LIVING...
The compound has a heated pool that is shared by the other condo on the premise (Stars; level one). All guests have access to the laundry area, grill and grounds.
PARKING...
One parking space is available that is first-come-first-serve with the unit above. You can find non-residential parking spaces in the surrounding area, or there is also The Old Town Garage a few blocks away. But this home is in an ideal location, and you don't need a car as you can walk or bike to almost anywhere you will want. If you need a ride, Ubers and Lyfts are readily available. The grocery is just a couple of blocks away, and you can also have groceries delivered or the fridge stocked by our concierge prior to arrival!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

We had an incredible time at the Stripes! My grandchildren loved the bunk beds room and we had plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 children. Whitney was amazing at answering any questions we had right away.
This place is in a perfect location. Everything was in walking distance and the pool was a great way to cool off after a hot day out.
Highly recommend this place for your visit to Key West!

The house was exactly what we were hoping for. We had 4 couples staying together and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house and property was very clean and the outdoor area is beautiful. Very close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

This home is located on a quiet street with a private lounge pool. The perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Duval, yet a short walk to everything! We would highly recommend this comfortable and convenient spot. My only complaint is the late check in and early check out. The management team worked with us well, however.

We chose Stripes,the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house in a great location for my husbands birthday. Adult kids came and the space was flexible and convenient. Its a lovely space, esp the 2nd floor balcony and the pool. The ice maker didn't work, and there were electrical light issues in one of the bedrooms.

Eight of us stayed for a week between Christmas and New Year. We were all 20 and over.
We had the second and third floor. The house was in a great location, super clean and comfortable.
Having our own pool was an added bonus. Also lives all the porches. The only"complaint" was there were no closets, and we're looking for a few more mirrors. But regardless,we would gladly stay again. Everyone involved was helpful and it was a very easy check in and out.

This property is amazing. It is in the perfect location in Key West it gives the right amount of local flair and Duval Street. The pool is clean and beautiful. The property is also a stones throw from the marina where the charter boats are. I will definitely stay here again.

The main living area is compact, but it’s much more accommodating then it appears in the pictures. Another note, I was surprised to see the washer and dryer outside. That may have deterred me originally, but it actually posed no issues. The layout worked out well. Very nice place and incredible location.

Excellent location, very comfortable accommodations, and great amenities. Excellent and timely communications. The only drawback was parking for one vehicle. Given the price there should be some accommodation for an additional parking beyond one space.

We enjoyed our stay at Stripes at the end of March 2020. We found the property easily, and the entry instructions were good. Took a little jiggling to get the front door key to work (guessing it's due to the multiple copies), and the property itself was neat, with plenty of towels for all the guests. The pool area was well maintained too, and we typically spent a few hours there each morning as people surfaced - which was a welcome retreat from the Duval shenanigans. All in all, great location, communication from the property management was spot on, from the pre-check in to check in, and during our stay.

Stripes was perfect! A group of friends and I stayed in this amazing space in Old Town Key West. It’s location is conveniently located, close to any Kew West attractions. The pool was perfect in the Florida heat and the entire unit was clean, comfortable and has all you need in a short rental. Much recommended.

We were a group of 4 adults and two children. The rental was perfect as we had some separation but were still together. Everything was nicely furnished and all the beds were clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was a bonus. We used it a lot. It was nice to have a washer and dryer available too. The location was spot on as we were close to Duval Street and the marina area which is really making some nice changes and upgrades. It was nice that every room had a tv in it. The only downside is that there is only one parking space for the whole house. We were there at a slower time so we were able to find street parking. We will definitely rent again at this property.

This beautiful property was impeccably kept and centrally located in the heart of old town Key West. Close to all tourist destinations and yet far enough away to relax in the private compound with resort style amenities, including a pool and laundry facility. The staff were professional and provided exceptional service with complete attention to detail. I highly recommend this property and I look forward to renting again! You wont regret it!
