JUST OFF DUVAL ~ Heart of Key West!

It’s centrally located where you can walk to just about everything. The unit was nice and served its purpose. If you want to cook plan to bring a skillet and some of your favorite cooking utensils. What’s provided is a challenge. There is a restaurant next to the unit making the bedroom closest to it a bit noisy with talking and the occasional dumping off glass bottles in the 2AM hour. If you can tolerate a little noise this place is perfect for a short stay. I had many concerns about the parking space. It is tight but we managed to fit our Yukon and rented a golf cart to get around. Parking in the lots can be $45 for 10 hours, one lot a couple streets away was $15 a day but plan on paying for parking every where you go. Overall it was very enjoyable!

My wife and I took our kid and her friend here for 5 days and the place the location was perfect! Highly recommend it’s right were you want to be.

This unit is conveniently located, within walking distance to the shops and bars on Duval Street. The Cuban Coffee Queen is just steps away and has the most delicious breakfast sandwich ever! The unit has ample space for a couple and a small gated parking area. Our truck was almost too large to park but we made it work. We were in an end unit. The check in and departure process was seamless and management was always accessible in case there were any issues. We had none. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and well stocked. We wanted location, parking on site, and pet friendly. This unit had all three.

My grandchild and I had a wonderful time and look forward to renting here gayest spring.Good food within steps as well as the best coffee on the island right out the door.A great space.Very clean and comfortable,loved it!

We travel to key west every 6 months and we always try to stay at least overlooking Duval. Obviously the further north the better. This was our first time staying at this location as we were in need for a 2nd bedroom this trip. The condo was clean and efficient. Kitchen and living room were nice. The only issue we experienced were the beds. The beds were extremely noisy and the frames had wheels on the bottom so even the basic of bed activities created alot of noise and would even move the beds across the floor. The mattresses were comfortable, it's just when you're on vacation especially in Key West you're going to use the beds. Overall it's a good place with a great location. The people responsible just need to upgrade the bed frames.

This is a great 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit. The location is just steps from Duvall. You can easily walk to Mallory Square, Wharf area & Southernmost Point. If you have issues with stairs then this wouldn’t work for you as it is an upstair unit.

The property management has excellent communication for anything you need.

Would definitely stay again.

We would absolutely stay here again! The location is absolutely amazing and so close to many bars, restaurants, and shops. The property was in great condition and exactly as the listing stated. The management company was great and quick to respond to any questions we had. Even though the location is on Duval st., we couldn’t hear any of the noise from the street. It sits far back enough that noise wasn’t a problem. We could only hear the roosters in the morning, which is to be expected with key west. We highly recommend this property to others!

We picked this rental primarily because of the location on Duval St. and that it had its own parking. We were able to walk to a variety of local attractions, restaurants and shops, never having to move the car. It was clean and had everything we needed and a great place to relax after a long day. We would definitely stay here again.

This little gem was a great place to stay for our five nights in Key West. The location is in walking distance to absolutely everything. The apartment was very clean and in great shape. Having a little gated off parking lot for our car was convenient. The management staff are very responsive and super helpful. The only downsides were the almost non-existent water pressure in the shower. If you have a lot of hair, factor in a bit more getting ready time. We were only there during one "weekend" night which was Friday. It was the only night that noise was a concern. We could hear loud music until about midnight in the bedroom that led to the balcony. Honestly, we could have just moved rooms and it would have been a non issue. All in all, we very much enjoyed our time here and would stay here again.

We've have rented several properties in Key West. The floor was dirty and made your feet black. If you don't mind living out of suitcases because there are no dressers. The bar across the street blasts music til after 3:00am earplugs do not help. Next rental will definitely be off of Duval Street. Overall being in Paradise for a week you just can't beat

We had a lot of fun for sure. The price was more than we wanted to spend so we shortened our stay. I recommend lowering the price and guests will stay longer and spend more.

A little noisy the second night, but expected when you are that close to Duval. Had to be very careful on the stairs.

We had a great time staying at this property in Key West. We found it very convenient for walking to many of the attractions that we wanted to see on our trip. The greatest difficulty we experienced was finding the parking area when we first arrived late at night. It would be helpful if the “find my rental” link took you to the parking area (620 Catherine I think) rather than the address on Duval. No one wants to start a vacation by playing hide and seek with a parking space. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and Key Lime Square.

Walk anywhere on or around Duval St. We had an absolute blast. The location is perfect! The house has everything we needed and worked out great for 2 couples. Small bathroom, but we made it work. I'd definitely stay here again!

This was a great condo in a fantastic location. Can't beat waking up to the smell of Cuban Coffee Queen starting to get busy. The unit has everything you need for 3-4 people to be very comfortable. Concierge service, offered by the property managers was exceptional and give lots of useful advice and bookings.

Location Location Location! This place was in an ideal location where we could easily walk to restaurants and bars. The unit itself was very clean and comfy. The check in and check nout process was simple and easy to follow. The parking spot was an added bonus since we rented slingshots to ride up the Keys. All in all a great location that I would definitely rent again.

Booking this property was very easy and the property management company was very communicative on the check in process and making sure we received the information. We flew into Miami and drove down to the apartment where there was a dedicated space available for our car which was behind a gate.

The property is situated off of Duval st, halfway between the southernmost end and the harborend. It is a very convenient location to stay at if you are looking for walk ability to various shops, restaurants or bars. The bars and restaurants can stay open late so be prepared to hear late night noise from those same restaurants and bars if you are in bed before 2 am. However there is no need to use the car while there since the location is accessible to so many spots.

The apartment (#3) was located on the second floor and has a fairly open floor plan. The 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment is basic in the amenities but is clean. The one struggle we had was the bathroom sink looks to have been clogged for a long while which caused us to use the kitchen sink most of the time for brushing our teeth, washing hands, etc.

If you do stay at this place, the Cuban coffee queen is a great easy location to get coffee and start your day. For check out, the property management made sure we had all of the instructions which were easy to follow. Leaving the property with the car was not communicated, so when leaving, make sure to re-type the code into the key pad on the other side of the gate to open and leave.

Nice, clean and well stocked. WE did not need to buy any supplies. Compared to other places in Key West this one was much roomier with a nice size living room. It is right in the heart of Duval Street so expect some noise from the very nearby restaurant's ourdoor seating area. There is only 1 bath room so 4 adults might find it inconvenient. We enjoyed our stay immensely. I would recommend the mattresses be replaced they are extremely soft, to the point on one morning it was difficult to get out of bed.

"Just Off Duval" is in a great location--walking distance to everything. The only time we Ubered was to the airport. The unit was clean and welcoming. Bedrooms and bath were rather small but the living room and kitchen were perfect!

We had an excellent stay here. There was 4 of us. The location is perfect. We pretty much walked to everything. We did rent a golf cart, for the fun of it. And it was great to have parking included in the stay. We didn't really do much cooking in there...but what we needed, it had. The laundry was nice to have too. It only came with two rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. so we needed to go out and get that. Beds were comfy. Pillows were not, we went looking for replacements while there but couldn't find a store! we used a sound machine for the noise when sleeping (we downloaded an app). The roosters are loud...but they are everywhere. And the coffee shop in the morning and the diners at night can be loud. Overall a great experience. Everything was clean, which is most important to us! We would definitely stay there again. Brian was super easy to work with! Thank you

Everything was great, but I did have 2 concerns the parking was a problem there was a large van parked behind my spot and the guest in condo 2 was parked on the line making it difficult to get in and out of the spot, also wasn't sure where the trash cans are located.

Property was just as described ! Brian ( the manager) was prompt and easy to reach. Beds, linens, kitchen supplies were great. Went with girlfriends to celebrate a retirement in Key West. This property was perfect for that! Great location but if you are a light sleeper remember you are literally “just off Duval” so you will hear noise :). Not an issue for our party!

We’ve been to Key West several times, so we knew what to expect. Great location! Cute court yard area with Cuban Coffee right below your feet - our favorite morning spot! If you are a light sleeper, take caution, music goes until 4:00 am, then the roosters start - didn’t bother us but for some it could be a problem. The AC worked great and was a big comfort to us after walking around town, bike rental shop right down the street. Parking is a plus, however, bring your compact car, the space is right, almost brought the truck and that would’ve been a huge mistake. Place was comfortable, looks like furniture has been upgraded from what you see in the pictures. Yes, the bed did squeak and overall some items probably need to be replaced by the owner, there was some damage from previous guests to appliances, but we worked around it. Kitchen is great to have as we like to cook simple meals, eating out can get expensive with a family. Communication with the management was great! No issues there.

We had a very nice stay at "Just Off Duval". The place has a spacious feel and is great for relaxing when not out and about. Cuban Coffee steps away, Duval Street, and an easy drive or bike ride to beaches. You will hear the partying on Duval Street at night, though, so if you are an early-to-bedder, bring your earplugs. Parking was a really nice perk!

If you are looking to stay at a perfect location, beautiful place with great customer service than this is it. It is in the heart of Florida Keys. Truly steps from shops, restaurants and nightlife. It has a sweet balcony with a small table and chairs that we used in the morning to watch the sun come up with our coffee. It’s looks over a tiny quiet Italian restaurant .. that looks like it”s right out of a European country and a local coffee shop steps out of your door. The two bedrooms worked perfect and the kitchen had all the amenities needed. The kitchen was beautiful with its granite and stainless steel appliances. There was nothing that needed updating in the entire place. One of the best parts was it had a parking spot included! Highly recommended with not one suggestion to make it a nicer place to rent!
