SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
As you enter the 3 bedroom home, a cozy guest bedroom greets you with a queen bed, bedside tables and lamps for those evenings you want to snuggle down with a favorite novel. There is also a lounging chair for sipping on your morning coffee as you plan your day of adventure. A guest bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom with a walk-in glass -door shower and single vanity.
Travel up the main stairs to the magnificent primary suite with a plush king bed and workspace. Infused with island sunshine spilling in from the windows, this airy room offers a walk-in closet, tv, ensuite bathroom with an oversized soaking tub, double sink, walk in shower, and two adjoining balconies. A rear bedroom cottage can be accessed from the circular exterior staircase with a queen bed, a private bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. Two large armoires can store your hanging items. An extra TV is on hand for use in either guest bedroom and all TV's are smart so that you may log in to all your favorite streaming apps.

This well appointed floor plan is ideal for entertaining loved ones. The indoor-outdoor spaces are seamlessly connected by in wall sliding-glass doors, providing a flawless integration of nature and living areas. A magnificent soaring tropical ceiling encompasses the living and kitchen spaces, with oversized, plush seating and a tv. The design is modern, romantic with a touch of island whimsy that will beg you to stay a while. The kitchen has ample counter space, stainless appliances and adjoins the formal dining room that seats 8 people. There is also a powder room downstairs and an office with a desk if you need to work remotely. This property is equipped with a security camera on the driveway and front door.

POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
The property is surrounded by gorgeous landscaped gardens and a tranquil pool with a water feature that provides the soothing sound of water throughout the residence. A private deck with outdoor seating is the perfect setting for crafted cocktails, laughter and leisure under an island sun.

PETS...
Pets are considered. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in the Comments.

MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
Mid-stay clean
Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable)
Pet fee (if applicable)

PARKING...
There are two off-street parking spaces available for your use. Two bicycles are stored in the small garage and available for your use.

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).
