Enter this inviting open floor plan with incredible natural lighting throughout. Three sets of French doors take you from the living/kitchen space out to the outdoor entertainment area, consisting of a private heated lap pool all to yourself, propane gas grill, swing set, outdoor dining for 4, additional outdoor seating and pool loungers. Wood flooring, high ceilings and breezy ceiling fans in each room will keep you cool and refreshed on a sultry summer's day. Whip up your favorite family meals together in the gourmet kitchen that comes with gorgeous granite countertops, custom cabinetry, updated stainless steel appliances and dining for 6.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The downstairs guest room comes with a queen size bed and a private porch. There is a full bathroom just outside of this bedroom with a walk in shower. Upstairs you will find the king master bedroom with an en suite full bathroom that comes with a desirable claw tub, walk in glass shower and washer/dryer set. Adjacent to the master bedroom is an enclosed, air-conditioned Florida room with cozy seating which then leads you out to an additional outdoor, covered balcony which incredible views of the lush topical pool area. Steps down the hall is another guest room with a queen size bed, an en suite full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a private, covered balcony area. The colorful, teal-tiled poolside cottage comes with a queen size bed and an en suite full bath with a shower/tub combination, and it is air-conditioned. All bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV and ample closet space including the guest cottage.

PARKING...
This home comes with one covered parking space. No trailers, boats, jet skis or motor homes are allowed. No vehicle length over 18’ long, including trailer hitches, or 80” wide is allowed on property. Additional vehicles may park in the Opal Key Resort parking garage just a five minute walk/drive away.

Our family of 7 with a baby had a great time at the Beach House!! We particularly loved the huge back porch overlooking the pool and beautiful tropical foliage. We spent lots of time together in that porch and in the pool. It was nice to relax and have peaceful time after spending time out and about in key west!

The Beach House was more than we all expected. It location to Duval and Ft. Zachary State Park makes this location worth everything. I would recommend to any party of 8 or family. And being in Truman Annex is so peaceful and beautiful.

The Beach House was perfect in so many ways -
1) Enough room for 4 couples to be together and apart - be it on the veranda overlooking the pool or on the comfort of your personal bedroom porch.
2) Location, Location, Location -The house is steps from all of the food and drinks Key West has to offer, yet it is a sanctuary from it too.
3) Property Manager Brian Yosit - Questions, problems, suggestions he was ALWAYS available

By far the best rental property we have ever stayed in (Key West and beyond)! A patio perfect for quality time, relaxing salt water pool, ideal dinning table for at-home meals, each of the four rooms equipped with a full bath, and a friendly and helpful property manager (the cherry on top)! At the Beach House, you’re provided a private oasis within the gated community of Truman Annex, just a minutes from Duval Street. A short bike ride, 3-minute walk and you’re in the heart of the city. Would 11/10 recommend this home to anyone.

Love the house and location, but only one parking space for 4 bedrooms. The nearest parking lot charged $60 a day for none guests at the resort.

This was truly the best house I have ever rented, and I have rented many throughout the state of Florida. The property manager was very quick to respond, and very helpful with anything we needed. The house was outstanding, very clean, completely stocked with everything we needed. The dishes and such in the kitchen were more than adequate, especially if you were going to cook any meals at the house. They supplied enough toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry soap to last the week. We never had to buy additional products. The pool area was lovely and very secluded, we very much enjoyed our time we spent out there. The house is in a lovely neighborhood and is within a very easy walking distance of all of the attractions in Key West. I cannot recommend this house enough or this property management company. I hope to return again to this home. Anything else will be hard to beat!

The house was perfect for our group of four couples who have traveled together and known each other for a long time. Plenty of space to spread out with equal opportunity to join together for meals and spending time together. Open kitchen, dining area and living room. Also lots of outdoor space - patio with pool, covered porch, balcony, heated enclosed porch and two screened in porches. Location was amazing - a few blocks from all the bars, restaurants and shops but in a quiet gated community. It was actually chilly the first few days of our stay and we called the property manager as we could not get the heat on to warm us up a bit. He responded immediately and checked in later to ensure that we had everything we needed. The house was clean with plenty of towels and linens.
We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at this property again.

Four couples, friends for over thirty years decided to vacation together in Key West in one house. A disaster waiting to happen some might say. Not at this home. Each had their own bed/bath and we all got our own space to relax. The house and grounds were immaculate. Truly a tranquil paradise down the street from all the action. Our family had a wonderful stay at the Beach House. Brian, the property manager, was very responsive to our questions and made sure everything was ready for us to checkin as we were coming in right after Tropical Storm Fred. The location is quiet and feels very private which we liked but also very close to Duval Street. Would definitely stay here again!

We had 7 adults in our party - highly recommend this place for this scenario. The property was well maintained, clean, and provided enough space for all. The area was quiet and private, yet a short walk out to the hotspots of Duval. The management team was super responsive to any questions before our stay. Small issue with Annex gate key was handled swiftly. We are already thinking about our next year's stay here.

This home was perfect for our winter escape from the cold. We loved how close it was to all the fun, but still very quiet and peaceful at the house. The pool and back porch were our favorite spot to spend time working remotely, relaxing with a cocktail, and enjoying a meal. Texting the property management with any questions always brought a very quick response from Brian. We will most definitely rent again!

A great location to get on a bike and go. The location was great. The A/C stopped working and the property manager had someone out to fix it quickly. Note: the parking will only allow one car and no parking is allowed on the street.Highly recommend this property and this rental company!

My 2 best friends and their wives joined Julie and me for a week we’ll talk about for a long time. What a great place/house to have such a great time. The pool and deck was “spot on” and perfect setting for all of us to fellowship throughout the week. It became our home away from home. The Truman Annex neighborhood was the perfect get away. The house was decorated with excellent detail and clean as a whistle. We will return every year possible....same people, same place and same FUN.

We had a fantastic stay. Truman and Company are the leaders in the island for rentals and real estate so they made sure all our needs were met. Brian, our property manager, ensured all the necessary cleaning (during covid) was made and then was available for anything we needed. We had an amazing family vacation at the rental. The house was beautiful, well kept, and very clean. It’s located in a beautiful gated neighborhood in the heart of Key West, and a walking distance from al the shops and restaurants. The house is wonderful and in a great location for walking to restaurants a, shopping and of course bar hopping. The only negative is the way the neighborhood is laid out, there is a street that has closed access that gps tries to route you to. Nothing the property can do about it, and the house and outdoor space make up for the minor inconvenience. Would definitely recommend.

Love this home - we have stayed in several times over the years and keep returning for good reason. Perfect for 4 couples - everyone has private spaces indoors and out - plus plenty of shared space inside and out for wonderful times. Great kitchen too! Everything about this house was amazing. From the time we stepped through the gate to the time we left, our group of seven loved every single thing! There were 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom and 1 full bath in the guest house. There is a heated pool in between the house and the guest house which we spent a great deal of time in - in January! Coffee, creamer, soap, dishwashing tablets, detergent, spices, dishes, playing cards, games, puzzles, etc were provided! There wasn't a thing we needed that we couldn't find in the house! The location was also perfect. The house is located within a gated community less than two blocks from Duval Street and about two blocks from Mallory Square! My husband and I were also able to walk to the Ernest Hemingway house, the Southernmost Point and Fort Zachary Taylor Park easily. The only place we drove to during our stay was to the grocery store. We will definitely stay in this house again the next time we visit Key West!
This was a family vacation with six adults and two babies. Location was key! Loved the little splash pad and park. Great walk-ability!
The only improvement needed is the quality of paper products(toilet paper and paper towels) provided.
